  • Fruitville Initiative. (With Sweet Sparkman Architecture.) Client: Sarasota County. Responsible for the public engagement component of a Critical Area Plan and county-initiated rezoning for 350 acre site.
  • Northport VA Housing Facility. Northport, Long Island. Designed and facilitated 1-day workshop with Beneficial Communities design team and VA facilities management and social service providers. April, 2012.
  • Gardenia Apartments Charrette, (Gainesville, Florida). Worked with client to design and facilitate a process with stakeholders in an affordable housing project. Client: Beneficial Communities, Sarasota, Fl. April, 2011.
  • Serenbe Institute. 2010: Designed and facilitated a two-day workshop with the homeowners association in this new community, for the purpose of resolving on-going conflicts and creating a common vision to guide the next phases of development. 2012: Designed and facilitated a community workshop related to an “Our Town” grant.

  • Leonard Reid Charrette. Organized and led charrette, in collaboration with Jerry Sparkman (TOTeMS Architecture) to design a mixed-income neighborhood for the Community Building Partnership (Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill “Good Homes,” Community Housing Trust). May, 2007.
  • Gentilly Neighborhood Charrette. United New Orleans Plan. Consultant with Duany Plater-Zyberk & Co, October 2006.
  • Bealls Hill Charrette Evaluation Team (Macon, Georgia). Site visit and 5 year assessment of Bealls Hill neighborhood redevelopment plan. Knight Program for Community Building, University of Miami (May 2006).

  • Bradenton Village HOPE VI Evaluation Study. Five year study of the impact of a HOPE VI revitalization of public housing, carried out in collaboration with Professor Keith Fitzgerald and student research assistants. Four years completed (2000 to 2005).
  • Palmetto Enterprise Zone Economic Development Study, with Cardinal, Carlson and Partners, September 2001.
